Please note that will gladly accept returns, however,
the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
If an item is returned, your credit card will be credited
for the product(s) ordered, shipping costs are not credited.
Please allow up to 14 days for shipping of products or
gift certificates, also, please allow 14 days for all
credits to appear on your credit card statement.
All gift certificates orders are final and are non-refundable,
and cannot be exchanged for product or service. All gifit
certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Robert Stephan Hair Design, requires that the person placing
the order online to be atleast 18 years of age, and be
the rightful owner of the credit card.
